The Stella Bianca dairy was born in Casal di Principe from the passion of the Schiavone family for breeding and high quality dairy products.<\/p>\n

The project started in 1999 and from 2008 the milk transformation activity began in particular for the production of buffalo mozzarella. Stella Bianca’s business is characterized by attention to product quality throughout the supply chain and only involves the transformation of milk produced on the farm and local raw materials.<\/p>\n

Today Stella Bianca works in partnership with Dialogue Place and the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program to internationalize its business and share its experience and values \u200b\u200bwith young aspiring entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
